This is the beginning of our reno. Simple things like paint and some molding. It's still a work in progress, as we are tiling the counter tops tomorrow, then painting the cabinets, and placing our washer and drier.
Oh wait, I mean our single parent drier. Thanks Leons. Get us to take delivery of the drier but can't get us the washer. We have been waiting a month and a half already, and from Michelle's research, it's going to be another month. Why wouldn't they just hold the drier until we could get both delivered? Or maybe, at the very least give the customer a call to let them know their stuff is being delayed. And now Leons is giving Michelle the run around. She emailed, and they replied that a manager would phone. instead a powerless to make changes, speech barred, clueless to the matter Sales person phones. Another email has been sent. Has this happened to you? We would like to know.
It took Michelle 3+ hours to buy the set, even with it being a cash transaction, and then the continued BS. I say 'Leons: No More'.
